the last 8 years of this period he founded
Professional Service Institute, providing
coaching services to both large and small
area businesses. Raymond has had the
opportunity to share his thoughts and ideas
with thousands of business owners in the
United States and Europe. As a highly
successful sales consultant he put into
action all his principles of management.
Applying his coaching techniques he became
one of the top salesperson on the staff. He
then began teaching other sales consultants
how to improve their skills and income using
his proven techniques. When the economy
moved into the world of the Internet, he
provided his clients with web site

serving on his local Board of Directors,

his local political organization, Past District
18 Governor for Toastmaster International.
He chaired an educational panel on prison
educational for the State of Maryland. His
