Committed
to being his own boss, Raymond started his first business while still in
High School. At the age of 21 he owned and operated two businesses in the
Baltimore & Harford County area for 22 years, and during the last 8 years of this period he
founded Professional Service Institute, providing coaching services to both
large and small area businesses.
Raymond has had the opportunity to share his thoughts and ideas with
thousands of business owners in the United States and Europe. As a
highly successful sales consultant he put into action all his principles of
management. Applying his coaching techniques he became one of the top
salesperson on the staff. He then began teaching other
sales consultants how to improve their skills and income using his proven
techniques. When the economy moved
into the world of the Internet, he provided his clients with web site development.

Opting
to re-generate his coaching and public speaking career he sold his
distribution business.
In addition to being a Real Estate Investor, Raymond offers Business
Coaching services to large and small businesses, focusing mainly on marketing,
system development, real estate, retailing and consumer awareness. Raymond
is also involved with community activities, serving on his local Board of
Directors, President of the Hanover Lions, President of his local policial
organization, District 18 Governor for Toastmaster International.
He
chaired a educational panel on prison educational for the State of Maryland.

well-rounded knowledge |

estate investor he currently owns properties located throughout Pennsylvania worth in
excess of three million dollars. He has purchased 25 houses with little or
no money down. He manages
his own properties as well as clients. He provides consulting services on an individual
basic to persons who express an interest in learning how to become an real
estate investor with little or no money. His interest in real estate has given
him the opportunity to do infomercials on late night TV with Carlton Sheets. |
